How to Make a Return

If you wish to return one or more items, follow this simple procedure:

✉️ 1. Request a return via email

Send an email to: luanaemanuelacaruso20@gmail.com with the following information:

• Name and surname

• Order number

• Reason for return (optional)

• Item(s) to be returned

🔗 2. You will receive a personalized return link

After receiving your request, we will send you a link to the GLS Return Service Portal, linked to your order.

🖱️ 3. Click on “Login” and book the return

By clicking on Login in the link you receive, you will be able to:

• Print the return label

• Choose whether to deliver the package to a GLS point (Drop-off)

or

• Request home collection

ℹ️ Useful information:

• The return must be requested within 14 days of receiving the goods.

• Items must be unworn, intact and with original tags.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
